“Thank You for the Entertainment”

Some random stranger after either today’s, or yesterday’s performance said to me, “Thank you for the entertainment.”  Something about that really stuck with me.  It was so refreshing to hear that, rather than “You were amazing..Great job…” (Which I also  love to hear, if I do say so myself)  Wow that sounds stuck up…but I didn’t mean it to sound that way….I guess my point is, it was really nice to get a “thank you” for and making someone laugh, even if only for two and a half hours.

Ugh I love performing.  And I love THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE

Bradley and I are singing songs from our new HIT BROADWAY SMASH “East Side Story”

naomilikescats:

“Rebecca, I’ve just met a Jew named Rebecca”

“I like to be in a synagogue, okay by me in my synagogue”

“Tonight, tonight, I’ll light candles tonight. Tonight it is Haaaanukahhhhh”

So good

For some reason this picture reminds me of reading A Catcher in the Rye.  While reading J.D. Salinger’s novel, I envisioned the city to be grey and eerie like this.
